What Is SKINVIVE?

SKINVIVE is a skin booster that refreshes the skin using a modified hyaluronic acid (HA) gel. Injected as microdroplets, this gel works just below the surface to improve the smoothness and hydration of your skin. Unlike traditional HA dermal fillers such as JUVÉDERM® and Restylane®, which add volume to sculpt and contour the face, SKINVIVE produces softer, glowing skin using the moisturizing power of the hyaluronic acid gel, which attracts and holds moisture.

Before Your Treatment

You should not undergo any dental work or get vaccinations during the 2 weeks before your SKINVIVE treatment. If you get ill during that time, or need to take antibiotics, please reschedule your appointment. For 3 to 5 days before treatment, avoid blood thinners like NSAIDs (including Advil, aspirin, and Aleve) and fish oils. Any blood thinning medication can increase the risk of bruising and swelling after your treatment.

What To Expect After Your Treatment 

There is little to no downtime after a SKINVIVE treatment, with most of our guests resuming normal activities immediately following their appointments. However, you should avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sun exposure, and alcohol for the first 24 hours after your treatment. You may experience mild redness or swelling, which typically subsides within a day or two.

SKINVIVE produces noticeable results within a few days of the injections, which will improve over the following 2 weeks. Scheduling touch-up sessions every few months will maintain your skin’s glowing appearance.
